We transformed a dull office into a flexible, open-plan workspace on a tight budget, focusing on low-cost materials, a clean aesthetic, simple lines, and longevity. the space was designed with amenity in mind, with various collaboration, relaxation and casual meeting points located around the office. Moveable shelving defines key areas—visitor seating, workstations, a meeting space, and a kitchen—with flexibility in mind.   Carpet tiles were removed, and the concrete slab was polished for a modern and refined look.

A full-length island structure, designed for large gatherings, serves as both a practical and striking focal point.  Hand-painted plywood creates a bold look, with soft aqua and chocolate hues that add warmth and character. Suspended Semi pendant lights and painted Thonet armchairs, both classic designs, create a harmonious blend of timeless style and modern functionality.  The mix of materials creates a dynamic, welcoming space that Rowdy and their clients love, proving that even with a low budget, smart design can have a big impact.
